Kasia

Therapist

Kasia is a certified HNC Soft Tissue Sports Therapist and is currently studying HND in Sports Therapy focused on injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement for athletes. She is a certified Yoga Teacher and Self-Suspension artist with over decade of experience. She combines her expertise with a passion for holistic wellness to support clients' physical health and recovery.

Since 2013 travelling Physical Theratre and Shibari Performance work - as a teacher and artist, Kasia deeply understands human body and psyche, and how these two influence each other. She believes that in order to heal body or mind, you need to look at the person holistically .

She invests herself fully into exploration on the subject of human body, mind, movement, emotions, and connections we have with one another, and with nature.
